SALES TRAINER
We are doubling our telesales staff and need your training skills. Our newest team member will have a "closers" mentality and motivational coaching approach - ultimately helping us develop the best sales reps in the country. This individual will be responsible for new hire training:
- Creating excitement and product knowledge
- Facilitating skills for direct B2B telesales
- Assessing ability to do the job and make cuts accordingly
- Updating training program and manuals as necessary
- Graduate successful reps weekly to our sales floor
Ideal Candidate will Posses:
2+ years as a trainer in a sales environment (REQUIRED)
Strong presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Our trainer will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and have strong interaction with the Recruiter and Sales Managers.
